Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Conditions

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition
• All original packaging and materials must be included
• The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused for return or subject to a restocking fee.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damage during shipping), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns initiated for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned without original packaging
• Items returned after the 30-day return period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this Return Policy.

For custom orders, cancellation may be subject to fees if production has already begun. We will notify you of any applicable fees before processing the cancellation.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
